What are your favorite things to do on a rainy day? Post a comment and share!

  1. I love unloading the dishwasher! While holding the baby in one arm, I use my other to pull each thing out and name it one at a time and say where it goes. You get to be "busy" and move around the kitchen, it's a short attention activity (5 minutes), and the shiny silverware and shapes are interesting to look at.

Amazing how babies bring out the magic in everything.

  2. Excellent list! We've been having peek-a-boo marathons, and spending lots of time looking out the windows talking about and singing about the rain (I think I've done itsy-bitsy spider about 100 times in the last two days!) We're so ready for some sunshine!

  3. Looking for things out the window! Taking a walk in the delicious rain!
Going to the Y indoor pool!

  4. Great POst thanks for sharing! Very helpful with all the rain we are getting in New England right now :)
