I love unloading the dishwasher! While holding the baby in one arm, I use my other to pull each thing out and name it one at a time and say where it goes. You get to be "busy" and move around the kitchen, it's a short attention activity (5 minutes), and the shiny silverware and shapes are interesting to look at.

Excellent list! We've been having peek-a-boo marathons, and spending lots of time looking out the windows talking about and singing about the rain (I think I've done itsy-bitsy spider about 100 times in the last two days!) We're so ready for some sunshine!
